Qualifications:
- Served three consecutive terms on Fayetteville City Council — never missing a regular City Council meeting
- Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas — 1973
- Worked for civil engineering firm in construction administration and inspection for over 20 years
- Familiar with all city departments and understands the needs and challenges of the managers and employees
- The only candidate with experience with the construction administration of a multi-million dollar sewer treatment plant
